As this occured frequently, we decided to start a construction division of Tischler Ltd. This is run by one of the Directors, Nick Hillman, who has more than 20 years experience as a Project Manager within Construction.

Although initially concerned with providing the bases for our structures our work load has expanded exponentially and now includes full Construction Projects.

We have experience in building extensions, and stand alone structures, we have experience in many construction trades including foundations, brickwork, roofing, laying underfloor heating, plastering and decorating.

We are very flexible in our methods of procurement for works as we know Lump Sum Costs are not always suitable for all types of works and in many cases other options should be used such as Cost Reimbursable plus set Fee.
